Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective business owners

Qualify merchants based on company guidelines

Gather required documents and information

Schedule appointments and warm transfer qualified merchants to Senior Sales Representatives

Maintain accurate notes and records in the CRM

Follow company sales processes and scripts

Meet daily activity and performance goals

Work closely with management and senior sales staff to maximize funding opportunities
