About the role

The employer is looking for a highly creative and technology-driven Marketing Specialist to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with AI, automation, content creation, analytics, and growth marketing. The ideal candidate stays on top of emerging technologies and understands how to leverage tools like Claude, ChatGPT, AI video generation, AI design platforms, and marketing automation systems to create results faster and more efficiently.

You will work directly with leadership to develop campaigns, improve conversion rates, generate content, manage paid advertising, and help build the future of our marketing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Create and manage digital marketing campaigns

Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns

Monitor campaign performance and ROI

Create social media, email, and website content

Design and edit marketing assets using AI-powered tools

Produce video content, animations, and motion graphics

Utilize AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, and similar technologies
Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior

Build marketing automations and workflows

Conduct competitor research and market analysis

Improve SEO and organic search visibility

Collaborate with leadership on new marketing initiatives and growth opportunities

Requirements

Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation

Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics

Experience creating and editing video content

Experience with graphic design and animation tools

Well-versed in AI platforms including Claude, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI technologies

Understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Skills

Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools

Experience with AI video generation platforms

Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems

Understanding of landing page optimization and funnel building

Experience using data to drive marketing decisions
