About the role
You will own a book of ISO and broker relationships: bringing on new partners, keeping the ones we have submitting, and being the person on our side they call first.
What you will do
- Recruit new ISOs and brokers, and get them submitting their first deals
- Manage an existing book of partners: submission volume, quality, and pace
- Walk partners through our guidelines so the files that arrive are files we can fund
- Work with underwriting and funding to keep deals moving and partners informed
- Track your pipeline and partner activity in your CRM
What we are looking for
- A few years in MCA, specialty finance, or another broker-driven channel
- A working understanding of how ISOs think about splits, speed, and stips
- Comfort owning a number and a book at the same time
